Terms of Payment: Payments can be made via our secure online credit card system.
For larger accounts, credit can be established. Contact our office for more information.

Minimum Billing: No Minimums

Shipping and Handling: Free Freight, all orders will be shipped with no freight charges anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii must contact us to arrange shipping. Regardless of order size a handling fee of $6.95 will be added. Where noted special freight rates may apply, Our office will contact you with rates before shipping order.

Returns: Return goods authorization (RGA) must be obtained prior to return. All returns must be in original packaging and are subject to 25% restocking charge. Return freight charges the responsibility of customer. All custom orders on plastics, louvers & lighting non-returnable.

Loss or Damage: Title passes to consignee (customer) on all shipments, collect or prepaid upon delivery to carrier or parcel service. All shortage claims must be made to factory within 3 days receipt of shipment.
